Comments for Aug 25 - 31 (Trying to see if we can group the comments a bit so we don't have to scroll way down every day. Will try to see if I can get most current comments to move to the top.)
@ mick, I'm glad you are with us. My previous criticism was meant to be helpful not negative, I support your efforts. I am cynical enough to believe that Mitt won't be any better since the whole Federal Government is completely out of control and no one can manage it. The Presidency has been usurped through fraud. The occupier's BC, SS#, Draft Registration card, books and citizenship are all questionable. It almost looks like the debt holders (Saudis and Chinese) forced him upon our nation for revenge or payment in lieu. That is the only explaination I can imagine.
Thank you. My efforts are ongoing, but I have witnessed first hand the complete sellout of the Republic by the judiciary. Then legal profession became a cancer many years ago, and it is telling that 100 GREAT lawyers and Constitutional scholars are not lined up for the cause--- University professors included. The judiciary has been enlisted by the criminal congress to change A2S1C4 by judicial fiat. I will make all of them lie in the light of history.
Just a reminder to everyone. The courts have narrowed the scope of Miranda. The Miranda case was a death penalty case. The police do not have to read your rights to you if it is not death penalty case. You should never, ever, ever, ever talk to the police. If you feel it is appropriate you may read your rights to the police and ask them if they understand your rights under the 4th, 5th and 6th Amendments to the Constitution. The police will try to engage you in a harmless seeming conversation but do not fall into their trap, repeat that you do not consent to questioning. Never consent to search, seizure or questioning, but do not interfere. Ask them if they have a warrant, if they don't have a warrant ask them if you are under arrest, if you are not under arrest, ask to leave and do not look back. Under the law the authorities can detain anyone for 72 hours even if they are factually innocent. If you are nervous it is common, if they accuse you of being nervous therefore you have something to hide just say "I'm nervous because I don't trust the police".
When I saw this "Every time the drug industry claims to have solved one problem it creates two more." in an article I thought, Wow! the government has competition.
Nice to have you here Kev. If you want, you can select the "Name / URL" profile and type in "Kev" (leave the URL blank) and then the next time you use it, it should pop you name up as soon as you hit "K".

ReplyDeleteAlways good advice.
DeleteA test to see if you can comment without a profile. If you see this, you can do it without a profile.
ReplyDeleteOkay... you actually have to select the "anonymous" profile but you are anonymous.
